About me
I am a veteran educator with 30 years of teaching experience, including 26 years in the Kern High School District. I currently teach Biological and Behavioral Sciences, as well as AI Literacy, at Kern Learn. In this session, I share my journey from an initially skeptical view of AI to embracing it as a powerful partner in student learning. I highlight practical strategies and sample assignments that integrate AI in ways that deepen student thinking and make it a meaningful part of the learning process.
