Nicole Cameron brings over 30 years of experience in education, serving in both classified and certificated roles across K–12 and adult education. She began her career as a classified employee before becoming a Special Education teacher, with an emphasis in behavior modification and supporting diverse learners through structured, student-centered practices.
Throughout her career, Nicole has taught across grade levels, including Adult Basic Skills, GED preparation, and Workforce Psychology. She has also led summer programming for foster youth, focusing on connection, consistency, and skill-building to support student success beyond the classroom.
Nicole currently serves as a PBIS/MTSS Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), where she supports educators through professional development, coaching, and systems-level implementation. Her work centers on building strong relationships, creating effective classroom systems, and ensuring all students feel engaged, supported, and a sense of belonging.
